SHIPPING, SUBSTITUTION AND SPECIAL REQUEST POLICIES

SHIPPING POLICIES

PICK UP
Orders will be available for pick up within 1-2 business days. Please contact our office for more accurate pick up times.

LOCAL DELIVERY
Basket Expressions personally delivers in the immediate Battle Creek area as indicated on the order form. Please call for information on deliveries to other areas in the surrounding area.

SHIPPING
Our shipping charges include all processing and handling. Baskets delivered within the continental United States ship via Fedex or United Postal Service. Delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination.

We will also ship against your corporate I.D. number with UPS, DHL, and FedEx following verification and your approval.

Please supply correct addresses and recipient’s telephone number. For business addresses, include name, suite number and department, if possible.

Any damages incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the carrier and claims must be filed with the carrier. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call Basket Expressions.

SUBSTITUTION POLICIES

At times, we may need to substiture items as we make changes to our inventory. Substitutions will always be of equal of greater value.
